Tucked away near Yuigahama, Sabō Kūka is a calm hideout where a flower-filled garden frames the day—and, if you’re lucky, the Enoden gliding past. The kitchen leans on local and seasonal ingredients, shaping them into thoughtful kaiseki, alongside lighter, body-friendly dishes, handmade sweets, and carefully chosen teas. As evening falls, the mood shifts to reservation-only courses and à la carte plates, with a good lineup of drinks to match. It’s an easy 8-minute walk from Kamakura Station, yet it feels pleasantly removed from the crowds.
